Just a few snapshots from our trip to the pumpkin patch in October. We used to haul our crew all the way out to the fancy one over an hour away. And then the year Jonah was born we needed pumpkins last minute. Looking back at our first trip to this patch, the kids have grown and changed so very much. Man, time flies. Was that really 2 years ago?!
I got up later than usual this morning, spotted a beautiful day outside and my messy house inside, and told the children to get dressed in a hurry then report to the kitchen to help fix a picnic lunch. It was in the 60’s, cool, clear, pretty and the weather is supposed to be yuck the rest of the week. I’m tired of being inside, cooped up, cleaning only for another mess to pop up seconds later. After 7 years of living in our house and having our backyard be a boring empty slate….we’ve started a few projects in our backyard. Ty decided he wanted in on it and build our first project, a backyard digger construction zone for the little kids. He did an amazing job on it too! You can see the before shot HERE.
