I watched this kid swim like a fish yesterday! And he was so happy! Those swimming lessons were worth every single penny! This photo of him snorkeling with his little air bubble butt made me laugh.

It’s been a week where all 4 have been bickering and fighting. It’s been pretty exhausting and we’ve even had to cut down on some outings as a result. It’s not all gorgeous locations and happy kids over here people, this is still real life with toddlers and teenagers and sometimes it’s NOT fun. But going to the beach last night was good for all of us and it was nice to spot a few sweet moments […]

I don’t know who replaced my baby with this big kid but 😭. We are loving this age, he’s turned a huge corner from years of screaming and no sleep. I can’t call him easy but life is getting easier. He packed his own backpack yesterday, demanded his hat and even dressed himself. We figured out at the end of the day he was commando by choice. 🤣 Funny story: a few weeks ago he dressed himself in all blue and I told him he looked like a giant blueberry. A few days ago I was walking in to Whole Foods with he and Jude. Z and Jude were both dressed in blue and he announced they both looked like […]

Swimming lessons

Jonah and Zachary have been doing swimming lessons all week and it’s been so amazing for them! They’ve both made wonderful progress, got in even when it was cold and used good listening skills! Jonah is full on swimming under water, treading water, floating, pushing off, etc. Z made huge progress floating (big deal since he hates it), practiced lots of kicking and blows the most excellent bubbles you ever did see!

RV kitchen reno

Our tiny RV kitchen reno is finally done! We had to make some big changes for this little space to work for us. The thing about tiny living is that every inch and function matters. And when something isn’t working well, it impacts your life in a big way. We hated our RV oven and really wanted to remove it and replace it with a toaster oven / air fryer. That meant we could get rid of our bulky countertop air fryer which was a plus. If you look close you can see bacon in the air fryer. If you aren’t fixing bacon this way, you’re missing out big time! Removing the […]

Getting his wiggles out at a rest area during a long travel day. I love it when he says “Let’s go on an AD-VEN-TUUUUUURE!” And throws his fist in the air like a super hero. He’s always ready lol!
