Did you know I offer mini sessions? Yup, sure do! And not just at Christmas time….I offer them year round. Perfect for the holidays, Valentines Day, bluebonnet season, a sweetheart session for your anniversary, or a special milestone to fill the gaps between full sessions. I thought I’d take a quick break from proofing to come share the shots from one of my Slidell mini sessions with Brandi and her adorable family.

Brandi is a photographer located in Picayune, Mississippi, not too far from Slidell. I was thrilled when she booked, she’s like me and always on the other side of the lens, but we photogs need (and want!) pics with our families too!

he was all three, during a short mini session at that! oh he was sooooo good to me….it doesn’t get much better than this….

It seems like I don’t get to photograph very many 9 week olds, it’s an in between age for “traditional” photo shoots at newborn, 3, 6, 9, & 12 months. But oh how I love this in between age, so happy. “K” family, I hope you like your sneak peek!

alright, so i just finished up proofing the last of the mini sessions and i had these in the same folder so I pulled them really quick. so fun! the first round of mini’s, I had a friend help me out both days, but when i had a few makeups due to busted lips, etc., i had ty go with me for those. he’s great at carrying stuff and making kids laugh most of the time (not on this particular day, but he did carry my stuff, so i can’t complain). plus, he was happy to get out of the house for a few hours, i think he gets bummed when i get to go off and do shoots all […]

little miss “m”…isn’t she cute?! she’s just two days older than teagan and we actually figured out this morning we were in the same hospital at the same time having our little ones. miss m has some pretty cool tricks, including walking along with help from her mommy, i was totally impressed 😉

and another sweet little “m”….if you know this little one or her mommy, you should totally ask her to do the chicken dance for ya….pretty funny stuff! Thanks for being such a good sport mom, totally worth it!
