Love this family. Love them. I love documenting a birth for a family, because it ties me to them. I cannot believe how much the kids have grown, how big and beautiful Lucy is. Her birth seems like it just happened yesterday. So many wonderful things, both professionally and personally have come my way because of these beautiful people….they are all kind and warm and just so genuine. I love that. And I refused to pick favorites for their blog post….so get ready….this will be a long one! First shot of the day…..
I will never, ever, ever forget the moment this sweet boy sang this newborn baby girl her very first song. I photographed it through a massive amount of tears. Sweetest thing ever.
Fave!
I know I sound like a broken record, but I really do love the light this time of year…
I firmly believe all parents need photos of just the two of them…..so many times parents are forgotten when it comes time to take photos, as the focus is on the kids. Children want to see their parents in love, they need it. How much will their children cherish these when they are grown? I hope this is what they will remember, their mom and dad, in it together, loving their family AND each other.
Ahhhhh, Lucy’s gonna get me!!!!! HA!
LOVE the contrast of these two! First, being good boys for the photographer…..Second, being boys and doing what fast moving, fun, busy boys do!
Then we gave all the boys a break and took Miss Lucy out to my favorite field…..I’m pretty much in love with these…..
She thinks I’m pretty funny 😉
fave!!
I think she’s pretty funny too….
THE END!
HA!

And stay tuned for 10 on Tuesday tomorrow for a recap of our halloween and Saints party tonight. Plus a story about how Taryn managed to get STUCK in an elevator today. It’s ok to laugh (MC), I did. Once she was out of course. No kidding. 😀
I can’t wait until tomorrow to find out how your daughter got stuck in a elevator, I need to know now. If not I will have my mom call your mom to find out how.
The pictures are beautiful (of course), but can I say how much I love Lucy’s stockings?? Too cute!!
