I got roses from my boys this week. I love it when a quick run to the store to pick up milk and diapers turns into something thoughtful =) They opened up so pretty.

And today, Jason is shipping me off to the spa for a day of beauty, hair, facial, whole 9 yards. I can’t wait. I can’t believe I’m going to admit this, but I haven’t had so much as a haircut, not even a trim, in over a year. Yikes. But time slips away when you’re a mom sometimes and you are so focused on taking care of everyone else. I have no idea what my hair will look like at the end of the day, little nervous about that. I usually pull it back at home because Taryn yanks on it all the time, and I have to pull it back when I’m working because I have fine, whispy hair that easily flies in front of the lens. So it probably won’t be anything too drastic….famous last words??
