I am so thrilled and proud to announce that the 2nd Annual Life in Motion Photography Little Monsters Bash was a HUGE success. It was a wonderful party with TONS of cuties running around in their costumes. Thank you to everyone who came, donated, partied, brought food, shuffled kiddos, etc.! Thanks to each one of you we raised $1,700!!!! Seventeen hundred!! In just a few hours on a Saturday morning. That’s HUGE. Every single penny is being donated to aid in cancer research at MD Anderson Hospital in the name of Jon Urban. Jon is the husband of my dear friend and mentee MC, and we just couldn’t think of a better cause to donate funds to this year. If cancer has ever touched your life, you know that treatment can be lifesaving, and every single dollar donated to research helps! I can tell you that it feels so amazing to do something meaningful. To do something that matters. No matter how busy we are, no matter how tired, nothing feels better than doing something good like this. Nothing. I am so proud and thankful for each and every person who came out today, thank you for making it happen!!!
A slideshow of all the cuties in costume is forthcoming, but word on the street is that there are some :::::cough cough MC, et al cough cough:::: hitting refresh every 5 seconds or so waiting for a teaser. I just couldn’t decide who to share…..way too tough of a choice. So I let my husband choose. And I shouldn’t be surprised, after all, they did win tonight!
Cuteness overload. I think there is only one thing left to say….
HOOK ‘EM!
So. Stinking. Cute. Little E is to die for!!!!!
Hook ‘Em!!
I have several things to say. #1- Thank you SO much, Lyndsay. #2- Thank you to the wonderful families who came today and gave so generously!! #3- That Jason really knows how to push my buttons. He knows darn well that the Hokies won today, too, but he didn’t choose the turkey?? It’s like we live in Austin or something (I kid). #4- You know E’s mom MADE that costume?!? Talent. #5- What a CUTIE!!! and finally, #6- Hook ’em!!
Adorable! Great choice- Hook ‘Em!

THANK YOU! Your compassion and drive really showed in this event/fundraiser, and we couldn’t be more thankful to be a part of it. My little man is running around with his “uber-cool” goodie bag that he thinks is the best thing since grilled cheese.
That photo is adorable! I can’t wait to see all of the other cuties!
What a wonderful way to celebrate the first cold day of the year! As I listened to the rain kick up this morning I thought “Yesterday was meant to be!”

So awesome of you to do this!!
While I’ve loved and admired your work for over a year now, I have never mustered up enough guts to comment (which ironically is SO unlike me)….until now. We are HUGE Longhorn fans (in Arlington)in this house and I must say, that picture just ROCKS! Can’t wait to get my littles in their Longhorn attire and get some shots!
