Swimming lessons

Jonah and Zachary have been doing swimming lessons all week and it’s been so amazing for them! They’ve both made wonderful progress, got in even when it was cold and used good listening skills! Jonah is full on swimming under water, treading water, floating, pushing off, etc. Z made huge progress floating (big deal since he hates it), practiced lots of kicking and blows the most excellent bubbles you ever did see!

RV kitchen reno

Our tiny RV kitchen reno is finally done! We had to make some big changes for this little space to work for us. The thing about tiny living is that every inch and function matters. Adventure

Getting his wiggles out at a rest area during a long travel day. I love it when he says “Let’s go on an AD-VEN-TUUUUUURE!” And throws his fist in the air like a super hero. He’s always ready lol!

In loving memory of Lois

Heaven welcomed Jason’s grandmother, Lois Stradtner, on Wednesday. She was loving, kind, and had a calm presence about her that we all admire. She loved her husband, her children, grandchildren and great grand children. I absolutely loved watching her love on our kids because she enjoyed them so very much. Some of my most treasured memories are of her reading to Jonah when he was a toddler, seeing her teach Taryn how to crochet and the day she came to meet her late husbands middle name sake after Zachary was born. She had the best smile that lit up the room. Every time they’d visit her arm was looped through Grandpas, or they were holding hands. They have a beautiful […]
