About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 365 Project: The End of Quarantine

April 30, 2020, the day Alabama ended the Corona Virus / Covid – 19 quarantine.  Beaches reopened today with social distancing and limited hours.  And it was glorious.  Children running, adults so happy to say hello to strangers, noticing and enjoying the simple things we have all missed so much.  We’ve all been through something together and you could feel it thick through the fresh air.

365 Project: Earning a want

Jude has been hard at work doing extra chores around the RV and for my mom during quarantine.  He’s worked SO hard to earn money that he’d like to purchase a guitar with.  He’s washed the RV (an 8 hour job!), washed the truck, cleaned windows and a bunch of other small jobs over the last few weeks.  He will reach his goal very soon!

365 Project: Swinging by the bay

We ventured out to the bay tonight for a picnic dinner.  It was so nice to get out for a bit.  There were a few people in the park but everyone kept their distance and seemed just as happy as we were to be “out”.  These kids have been troopers about being quarantined.  It hasn’t been easy but being at my mom’s house with lots of space and a huge porch has helped SO much!
