About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! How hard I’ve failed

One of the hardest parts of PPD is feeling incapable. Learning something new? Feels impossible. That’s like torture for a creative. Being unable and paralyzed when it comes to trying something new. Since we launched in to fulltime travel almost 3 years ago, I’ve tried to learn night photography probably 6 times. Jason would see the struggle and help each and every time. I just couldn’t do it. We love it here

We love it here. A lot. We have a very short list of places we’d like to build a small cabin to use as a home base someday. We added Midway to the list, it drew us in so quickly. There’s a Swiss influence here that is so very charming. It checks off a lot of our wishes on the list and we are so glad we stopped here. We will be sad to say goodbye when we head to Idaho this weekend.
