About Lyndsay Stradtner

Lyndsay Stradtner and I am a natural light photographer with 14 years experience. While home is Austin, Texas, my family and I are currently traveling the US in an RV full time. Yes, we sold our 2,400 square foot home for a 400 square foot RV and couldn’t be happier about it! While our initial goal was to travel full time for one year, that quickly turned in to (at least) 3 years. I am married to a really great guy named Jason. With 5 kids (Ty, Taryn, Jude, Jonah and Zachary) and 2 dogs (Maggie and Pepper), our lives are filled with laughter and chaos, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Her most favorite thing in the world is her bowl. It’s her lovey. She carries that darn thing everywhere and has since she was a puppy. The other day she walked past Zachary and hit him really hard in the head with her tail. He was frustrated with her, it really hurts, her tail is vicious. He took her bowl out of her mouth and put it on the other side of his lap out of her reach. This post comes from a place of being a blogger for many years. I’ve been feeling….off….about my content and social media accounts for some time now. After our trauma almost 3 years ago, I all but left Facebook. It was so negative at a time I just couldn’t absorb negativity at all. I still have an account that I use to access groups, handle business related things for several businesses and I like to crowdsource travel ideas there. Otherwise, I am just not there that much. A good old fashioned 10 on Tuesday

1. My timehop app tells me that on this date last year we were back on the road and leaving Texas for the year. Our current plan is to be here for another 7 weeks at least. That’s ok, this is where we need to be, but it reminds me of how much I miss the open road and the excitement of our next adventure just around the corner.
