Jason and I have been married 10 years yesterday.  It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since we said “I do” on the beaches of Hawaii at sunset.  So much has happened in the last 10 years…3 more kids, 2 houses, one massive hurricane, Jude’s injury and recovery that changed so much about our lives.  We took it all on together and I’m so thankful for having Jason in my life and all the blessings he brings to our family.  I can’t imagine a single day without him.

Tonight, Ty pushed us out the door after dinner.  We did what old married folk do, we went to Home Depot and bought paint for our master bedroom.  After that we went to a local park, sat on the tale gate, looked at the stars and watched the moon come up.  Snuggling, hot chocolate in mugs, chatting and laughing, it was the perfect way to round out 10 years.

Our real anniversary gift will come along in the spring when we take a trip to Mexico, just the two of us!  We are beyond excited about it!!  I decided to make Jason’s card this year.  I think he was most impressed with my math skills lol.  He loved it….
