Jonah loves the changing table.  Actually, he will fuss the minute he’s wet or needs a diaper change, but the second you take it off, he’s a happy camper, even in the middle of the night.  He rarely cries through a diaper change, which is actually pretty nice.  I realized the other day that I hadn’t taken any photos of Jonah in his cloth diapers.  I will be the first to admit I was pretty intimidated by the idea of cloth diapering, it is very much like learning a new language.  We had hoped to do disposables for the newborn stage, but once I started researching the chemicals in some and gluten in others, we dove in to cloth head first from day one.  And it’s been a very easy, and cute, transition.  We have no regrets.  We started with prefolds and covers.  My favorites for the first few days were the kissaluvs prefitted cloth diapers.  They were perfect with his little frame and easily snapped down to accommodate his cord.  We’ve used the bummis newborn prefolds, prefolds from Green Mountain Diaper, covers by Thirsties and Bummis and really we’ve been happy with everything we purchased for the newborn stage.  He’s quickly growing out of them though and I’ll need to finish off our AIO and pocket stash here pretty soon.  I’ll admit, I’m enamored with how cute he looks in cloth diapers.  Particularly the rocket ship cover.  So freaking cute!
