Having Heather here for my 40th birthday today was such a blessing. My kids accepted her and just expected her to jump on in to all of our chaos. Someone new to play with for 5 days?! Sweet! It was amazing to watch them all get to know each other. And……the big 40. I’ve decided not to fret or wallow in the number but instead remind myself that it’s a privilege denied to many. Instead of worrying about turning older, this year I’m going to spend my time blessing others. 40 blessings in 12 months to be exact. Big, small and a few in between. If you or someone you know needs a blessing in your life, come my way, I’m open to ideas! It’s going to be a great year.
