One of the highlights of visiting Atlanta was visiting the MLK Jr. National Historic Site and birth place. My kids loved it and we all learned a lot. As a parent, it’s hard to have the conversations about how humans can treat one another so horribly, but it’s vitally important. Fishing at Stone Mountain

I took the kids for a walk down to the fishing dock across from Stone Mountain. The view and the sunset were gorgeous, but I only had my phone camera on me at the time. We took advantage and went back on the last sunny day in the forecast for awhile with my real camera. And I am so glad we did.
