Zachary got a Marvel Memory Game for Christmas and he is obsessed with it. It helps that Jude asks him to play it (of his own free will – ha!) several times a day. Z is so good at it! I think Jude has only beat him one time in the last month! And yet there was still a little drama when he flipped over the wrong card this morning haha!
The weather was completely gorgeous today. At 5 pm we decided to have a fire pit dinner. Jude and I ran to the store for essential fire pit food, Jason’s brother picked up firewood on his way over. It was gorgeous outside but once the sun set it was pretty chilly, perfect night for a fire. I love the feeling of warm knees when the rest of your body is cold, roasting marshmallows and stargazing. It was a good end to a very chaotic and draining week.
This post comes from a place of being a blogger for many years. I’ve been feeling….off….about my content and social media accounts for some time now. After our trauma almost 3 years ago, I all but left Facebook. It was so negative at a time I just couldn’t absorb negativity at all. I still have an account that I use to access groups, handle business related things for several businesses and I like to crowdsource travel ideas there. Otherwise, I am just not there that much.
