Our new neighbors have a very entertaining puppy. We all watched today as that cute little thing played with its bowl, chased its own tail and got stuck in an empty fire pit 🤣
We moved from coastal Maine to Cape Cod today. Super excited to go do the couple of things we had planned when Z broke his arm here in June. This is our 5th time here, we just love it so much!

Wild blueberry smoothies on a warm summer day in Maine. We’ve been to the pool or hot tub almost every day this week and I’m pretty sure Sunday and Monday will be our last few days to hit 80. We are soaking up the last bit of summer and also looking forward to a beautiful, crisp, New England fall.

Classes all day and a late night zoom meeting tonight. Sometimes ptsd recovery and growth means being able to try new things and I don’t ever think I’ll stop being amazed and grateful for that. I have been a mentor and teacher in the last decade plus but it’s been a verrrry long time since I’ve been a student. Definitely out of my comfort zone. I will share more soon! @thegatewayprocess369
