Bed head. Waffles. Peppa Pig.

For the first time ever, all 4 of these kids made it to midnight to toast the new year (with sparkling lemonade). We had a NYE party at the cabin my mom is staying in next door. It was fun but a little chaotic. The dance party was my fave. I love our traditions. Welcome 2020!

Jason is living that remote job life! A few details: It’s 100% remote contract work for a start up. It’s an absolutely perfect fit for him and his 16 years of experience in the GIS world. Everyone needs cake on their birthday. Even Jesus. Taryn made this gorgeous cake for Christmas. She infused the chocolate cake and frosting with a hint of peppermint. I was so impressed.

Follow along as we spend time at the beach in the cutest little towns including Wells, Ogunquit and Portland, Maine. We also decide to try lobster and clams. Follow along as we meet my mom for the first time on the road in Niagara Falls, New York. We spent the day laughing our way through minute to win it games, a BBQ and finished up by watching the Niagara Falls fireworks. Seeing Niagara Falls at night all lit up was easily one of our top experiences this year!
