Love these two. She’s been so brave and strong. She and Grandpa have been married for 70 years. I hope we can achieve their level of love and devotion. What wonderful examples we have. We will miss Grandpa so much. Hard to leave Corpus today but it was good to go and love on Grandma for a few days.

Some days breakfast looks like this. Food, legos and toddlers climbing all over the table. I’m choosing my battles these days.
Cart dwellers. Costco is so boring. Ha! Jude always asks to get in the cart at Costco. I think it’s because its the only cart he can still fit in. I always say yes because he’s my kid who has to touch every.single.darn.thing he sees in a store. A chance to avoid that….yes please.
Bedtime. Yes, we are “still” nursing. I’m pretty darn proud of that. Thankfully, I don’t get very many negitive comments about it, probably because we live in a pretty crunchy town. It’s good for him. It works for us. And it’s totally normal. Yes, he still gets milk, yes, it still has nutritional value (that one always kills me, like breastmilk suddenly loses all nutritional content at a year old?!). He will wean when he is ready.
