the whole southern smocked thing isn’t really my style for my little guy (no offense to those who love it!)….but this was just way too cute to pass up. you don’t see it nearly as much in south texas as you do south louisiana though. my mom bought this for teagan (thanks mom!!) and we literally had to stuff him in it before he outgrew it….another 5 minutes or another meal….and we might have been too late LOL! and we had to do it when my cute husband wasn’t around to avoid the inevitable scoffing shaking of the head….doesn’t matter, Teagan is workin’ it….don’t you think?

That isn’t even smocked, it’s APPLIQUED!!! But I’m a lover of both – I can’t wait to have a boy to to dress him up. At least until he’s two – then I’ll stop! But he’s the cutest thing on the planet. Especially in this. Way to go Gee!
Those smocked outfits just crack me up. I had never even seen one until a few months ago. Now I notice them all the time.
