My mom surprised us with a gorgeous set of blankets she made for Teagan. As soon as I saw them, they immediately reminded me of these inspiring shots by the amazing Amy Coffey. If you guys haven’t seen her work, you gotta check her out!
So once Teagan landed into his afternoon milk coma, my mom and I got to work taking a few shots…the first one is my fave. We spotted him on ultrasound hanging out in the womb with his hands like this on his head…
omg. hes so cute. waiting for my little girl now is making me anxious looking at your little guy. Love the blankets. I wish someone in my family was as creative enough to knit.
First of all, congratulations on the birth of your little man. He is gorgeous!!
I just love your work and check your blog daily. I love seeing all the shots of Teagan and all this is making me so excited about having my own baby in August. You give me so much inspiration!! I really love that blanket in the picture. The fabric is gorgeous. Do you know where your Mom got it??
I also loved the picture of the little one on the heart rug. Do you know where your friend got that? That’s so perfect for baby pictures!!!!!
Good luck to you with your new baby and keep up the good work!!
Laurie – this is one of those tie together blankets that my mom also made for Taryn when she was born – super easy! No knitting involved 🙂
Beatrice – I asked her and she got it online at http://www.fabric.com 🙂
Thanks for the comments!
Thank you so much for the info! I did find the fabric and will get some to make baby blankets for my brother who is having a baby boy in June and for myself when I find out what I’m having. It looks so cuddly and soft and will make for some great pictures, too!
Thanks again!!
