Bob is back baby! The kids are excited, I’m a little nervous and Santa is now officially in the know.
If you are also doing Elf On A Shelf this year, please post a comment with a link to your blog, we’d love to follow along!!

We are going to start the Elf on a shelf tradition next year when Jayden is old enough to understand a bit better, but I must admit that looking back at the fun you had with him last year makes me wish I started this year…Just for the adults!! LOL! I can’t wait to follow Bob this year 🙂
We just started it this year…ah, the naming process. Our 4 year old wanted “Stuart”, our 13 year old wanted “Bean” so he became “Stuart Bean the Elf”:) Looking forward to the Bob stories!:)
Were gonna give it a shot….well see
We do elf-magic.com It is similar to elf on the shelf but they are plush. So much fun!
Aaaah … yours is Bob… our is Charlie … I think Sabrina is still a tad too young though. Maybe next year she’ll ‘get’ it more.
Our 3 year old had horrible behavior the first 2 days in December…so we started Elf on the Shelf. He LOVES it! Every morning he wakes up and wonders where his elf is. It’s great. The naming process was pretty funny…first it was “Uncle Mike” (after his uncle, obviously), but when we convined him he needed his own name, it became Noddy. It’s after a show on Sprout, but I think it’s so funny because it sounds like “naughty” – the irony. We’re having fun and I love following Bob’s adventures too.
I was just wondering about Bob the other day…
I’m glad Bob made it out of rehab!
“Chewy” landed at our house last week. He’s already been into the candy canes and it’s not even the middle of december!

We started this tradition too. Check out our blog to meet Christopher!
We got our elf this year as a gift from my aunt… the kids have no idea where he came from, but they sure do love him! My daughter named him Henry, and Henry well he is just wonderful!
Our elf’s name is Wyatt Elf (a play off Wyatt Earp) since he is the new sheriff in town trying to keep Harper in line.
She LOVES him… and the adults love to “hide” him just as much as she like to search in the morning. It has been the very first thing she has said for the last five days.
elfie came out the other night. and what did i do this morning at 3am?? woke up in a fluster because i forgot to move elfie to a new location. guess who’s been up since 3am? no – not elfie!!
We just started the Elf on the Shelf this year as well. I actually learned about it from your blog. It was so much fun seeing your pictures. Love yours this year as well. Your work is an inspiration!
