I’m here, just checking in to say hi…..still no computer and no word on it yet. I’m anxiously awaiting an estimate any time now and at $100 per hour to repair it we’re hoping for the best. I hope it’s soon, I feel like my lifeline has been cut off! Jason and I are so horrible at sharing a computer. I know he needs it a ton right now too because of grad school. My laptop has been acting up a lot lately, so much that it’s time to break down and get it fixed. It only holds enough power to proof two photos at a time and then dies, wait 30 minutes, proof two images, dead again. Plugging it into the wall doesn’t work anymore and I’m tired of yelling at it. So I will likely be offline while it gets some much needed love from a computer nerd in New Orleans. Taryn discovered her shadow yesterday. She was playing in the den on the new dark blue rug my mom gave us when I noticed her moving her hands around and watching her shadow follow. I love watching her learn something new, you can see a look of amazement in her eyes, it happens several times a day it seems. I love it even more when I catch it with my camera.

Well….sorta. Could those little chubby thighs be any cuter?? I took this a few weeks ago and just got around to proofing it tonight. My mom found the little chef’s outfit and Taryn got the kitchen for Christmas. She loves it, plays with it every single day. She cooks and stirs and cuts pretend veggies and washes dishes, complete with her own sound effects, lol.
