My friend and mentee MC is participating in Team in Training and we came up with a fun and easy way to raise some money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a very worthy cause. Cancer touched our family this year, Jason’s dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer. The word cancer is scary, and when it finds it’s way into your family, it changes things in an instant. We’re so lucky and thankful that Jason’s dad was able to beat it, is healthy and strong today, without facing chemo. There are so many people out there fighting cancer, and every single penny counts.

I always wonder what he dreams about. Milk? Playing with this brother and sister? Chasing Kylie the dog? I love it when he smiles and laughs in his sleep.
