My new business plan is slowly but surely becoming a reality. Step by step it’s coming together, and this is just so exciting for me! Steph says I need to dish….so here is a little…. I bought a new website! Yay! I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for my site to go on sale and it finally did in honor of Mother’s Day weekend. lollipop, lollipop, oh lolli lolli lollipop! Messy – but oh so much fun! And I can’t believe I forgot to post this, but guess what!?! Taryn finally said her name!!!!! Yuhesss! We were all sitting on the couch watching the Survivor finale on Sunday and Taryn stood on the couch next to my mom, pointed to her larger than life canvas and said “Darrr in”. I was so excited I started to clap and cheer. I’m the only one that heard it though, everyone else was engrossed in the show! I can finally post this since all the mama’s in our family have opened their gifts! I made 10×10 press printed books and absoltely love how they came out! You can view the pages here : ABC Book Slideshow I used Tina’s awesome ABC Templates, all her designs seriously rock!  You can get them here:  My Lil Creations I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day!  Mine was fabulous!  I got to sleep in on Saturday, saw an awesome sunset, had homemade (by the hubster) french toast on Sunday, cards and flowers from the kids (macro shots coming) and Willow Tree mother statues.  I didn’t have to cook a single meal or change a single diaper all day yesterday!  So […]

Took the little one to the park today for lunch with my mom…..it was uber hot by the time we got there and full sun (her red face proves it too!). As we were leaving the sprinklers came on in the big grassy area. Taryn wouldn’t have anything to do with it. She’d want to run out there but once it started to hit her she’d run back and say "rain rain"……so she stuck to her little pitiful puddle =)  I used the Nikon D50 for these because it’s smaller and easier to carry than the 5D.  Sometimes I miss the Nikon color!  When Ty got home and saw this he said "you went to the park??  you went to […]

Sometimes I have the urge to post something because it makes me happy, and for no other reason.  So if you stopped in to see some good technical photographs, sorry, this may not be the post =)  But she does make me happy, very happy. I finally got smart and taped it to my lens hood… uh oh…I don’t think I can resist this (could you?!?!) … might be time to pay up =) A couple of funnies…. Little Philip!  He’s been gracing the cover of my brochures for 5 months now and I can’t tell you how many comments I’ve gotten from everyone who sees the cover image!  We met at the park first thing this morning to document just how much fun being 18 months old really is =)  I love this age, everything is new and wonderful in their world, and could he be any cuter?!
