my boys…again

By |February 24th, 2008|

I just love them. I can’t wait to proof the rest of this series.  For me, they are heartwarming and oh so funny.  More photos coming, and some out takes.  I can’t wait to show you what their shirts say 😉

missing the gee

By |February 23rd, 2008|

Again, just like that, her visit went by way too fast.  So sad to see her go.   We’re already counting down the days to her next visit.  Mother’s Day is a long 77 days away, just in case you were wondering. Not only do we miss the Gee in all her Gee-Gee glory, but also her extra set of hands.  Thanks  Mom for all your help, chasing the kids, helping us, the housework, the laundry, the picnic with Little T, having lunch with Ty at school and always being ready and willing to do any little thing for us or the baby.  It was immediately apparent what having an extra set of hands meant to us as soon as you […]

My mom surprised us with a gorgeous set of blankets she made for Teagan.  As soon as I saw them, they immediately reminded me of these inspiring shots by the amazing Amy Coffey.  If you guys haven’t seen her work, you gotta check her out! mixed emotions

Taryn is a little less than thrilled about her new baby brother.  She’s adjusting.  Slowly.  She takes baby steps every day.  I think more than anything it scares her when he cries.  Two things she will do, give him a quick kiss on the head every now and then and tickle his feet.  Overall though, she’s not that impressed just yet. So tonight when I asked her if she wanted to hold him and she said yes, I was a little surprised.  Everyone in the house came running and gathered around to see and praise her.  She did really well, and I think these images capture her true feelings….. This is how we wish she would feel about her new […]
