We love it here. A lot. We have a very short list of places we’d like to build a small cabin to use as a home base someday. We added Midway to the list, it drew us in so quickly. There’s a Swiss influence here that is so very charming. It checks off a lot of our wishes on the list and we are so glad we stopped here. We will be sad to say goodbye when we head to Idaho this weekend.
Go Wildcats! Jude loves High School Musical and we knew we had to stop at the school where they film. They usually do tours but they aren’t running due to Covid. He didn’t care, he was totally giddy just to see the outside and sit on the same bench as Troy and Gabriella. The funny part is that this will probably be the only photo of Jude that I have outside a public school. 😂 This kid loves roadschool learning so much, I can’t imagine him in public. Today was our day to adventure through Salt Lake City. We made a few stops including Temple Square, before heading out to the lake for some incredible views! Initially the kids wanted to go swim and float in it. But after a bit of research we decided against it due to the smell, shrimp, bugs and bacteria. The views were definitely enough for us!
