1. I’m feeling human again. Thank you 2nd trimester for being kind. I shouldn’t complain though, this is the first pregnancy that I haven’t been horribly sick for months on end. All I really have to complain about is the exhaustion. I’m thankful to have enough energy to actually be productive during the day AND stay up past 7 pm. My husband is very thankful for this. He’s been covering me with house duty, kid duty, dinner duty, etc. for months now. Thank God for good nutrition, it kept me from being sick. Truly, food is so amazing.

My husband is in denial. About several things, but mostly about his little girl. It occasionally makes him start to twitch, ha! I used to be that way with Ty, but I’m accepting it much better as the age of almost 15 than Jase is with Taryn at almost 7. So anyway, Jase hurried down the hall and propped himself up on the door frame to my office tonight:

J: Did you know that Taryn knows all the words to a Taylor Swift song?!
Me: Yes. And she thinks boys are cute too honey.
J: NO SHE DOESN’T! She’s just confused.
Me: No, she really does think boys are cute.
J: Oh yeah, well Ty has a girlfriend! HA! (in his best, take that!, tone)

This girl is my fabulous mess. I have a slew of these to edit, but need to catch up on client galleries and ordering first. She’s looking SO much healthier since we took her out of school. I have had some people ask how homeschool is going. It’s going GREAT. I love it, they love it, our lives are so much less stressful. I worried about adding yet another thing to my already full plate, but truly, it has allowed us to slow down in so many other ways, life is much more simple now.
