One of our most favorite campground amenities is a dog wash! We always take advantage of it when we can. This one even had a dryer. Both of our girls enjoyed their spa day! š¾ Granted, Maggie spent every second trying to eat the water, silly old girl. š
Yesterday we loaded up and took a bunch of empty jugs to Hot Springs National Park in hopes of getting some water. This NP was our first stop out of Texas when we launched two plus years ago. During our first visit we learned that there are huge fountains available to the public to get free (healing) water. Because national parks are still closed we didnāt know if the fountains would be blocked off. They were not and oh my goodness was it busy. Not the park or spring, but the fountains. There were people filling up entire truckloads and hundreds of containers at a time. Way busier than our first [ā¦]
It was a dreary and dark day of rain here in Arkansas today.Ā We are still finding new routines after quarantine and settling in to Jasonās new job while also traveling.Ā Tonight that looked like breakfast for dinner, playing games and learning guitar in our tiny, cozy, rolling home.
One last ride on the golf cart before we hit the road. We planned to park in her driveway for 2 weeks. Covid-19 said we needed to stay 10 weeks instead. Iām SO thankful we were with her when it hit. It was nice to have help while really sick and also adjusting to a new normal of Jason working full time. We had space to move and could spread out in her house. The boys spent hours riding around on her huge porch. Going to the house in the mornings helped the kids feel like they were going somewhere. We filled the days with games, crafts, movies, dog snuggling, an RV [ā¦]
When we arrived in Orange Beach, Alabama Jonah was still in his 3rd cast in 7 months from breaking his arm twice. Then Covid-19 happened and quarantine delayed his cast removal. Once he got it off we quickly realized his feral little self needed some safe adrenaline. Keeping him in one piece is a challenge and weāve learned safe adrenaline keeps him from hurling himself off of things lol. Once things started opening back up we gave him a choice of jet skis or parasailing. He LOVED it! No fear! 400 feet up in the air. Thatās Jude up there with himā¦.Taryn kept her [ā¦]
