I have always loved my birthday. Growing up, having a birthday two days after the 4th of July, I just kind of assumed that the big BBQ, party, fireworks, family, gifts, were all to celebrate my birthday. My mom’s birthday is on Sunday, so growing up it was always a great time filled with family and food and celebrating. I will admit I love my birthday a little too much. Unless I’m pregnant. Even more favorite clients in the bluebonnets! This family won a mini session last year and picked the perfect time to cash in. The light this day was just divine. All glowing and warm. I dropped off their photos and when Abby saw me at the door she said “ohhhhh, are you here to take my picture?!” with a sly little grin. LOVE it!

Remember sweet little Lyla, also dubbed ‘the highchair baby’? She welcomed a new little brother recently. We couldn’t resist pulling out the highchair again. I think it’s pretty safe to say that an extreme amount of cute runs in the family.

I am still catching up on blogging spring mini sessions that we did in Cedar Park. This sweet family came to me on the referral of another of my favorite families. I love it when that happens! We frolicked in the bluebonnets in early spring. I love the silly laughs, funny faces and happy moments. I hope they do too.
