first day of summer vacation.  i survived.  barely.  just sat down.  11:17 pm.  got up running and didn’t stop.  splash park early.  fun friend friday.  sunscreen and laughs.  at least 50 baby kisses.  lunch with friends.  ty out of school early.  loud, giggly blonde divas.  playdate and playstation.  books and stories.  nursing and cuddling.  sunkissed babies.  editing, galleries, orders, albums, emails, facebook.  mohawks and dinner.  birthday photos and shopping.  ordering cake.  and balloons.  sleepovers and trip to six flags tomorrow with friends.  packing and dropping off and chatting.  bedtime stories and kisses goodnight.  prepping for sessions tomorrow and downloading and google mapping and emailing.  finally sitting.  summer, day one, success.

1.  Tomorrow is Ty’s last day of elementary school ever.  Yesterday we went to his end of 5th grade award ceremony and it was bittersweet.  He got 5 awards including being voted as a “promise keeper” by his peers.  The little kids and I went and had lunch with him before the awards and I got to meet Ty’s girlfriend.  I was pleasantly surprised when she walked right up to the lunch table, put her hand out to shake mine and introduced herself.  She sat across from me and we chatted, super sweet kid.  I am still not ready for this phase to begin, but I like her more than I thought I would.  I certainly didn’t have that confidence, […]

I love the wordle site but wished I could print a great big one at full resolution for my house (we have it printed and it is gorgeous, but haven’t hung it up yet).  I am working on one for my friends nursery and I thought I’d come back and share the template.  So here is the deal….

  • Should work in all versions of photoshop, created in CS4.
  • Consists of an unflattened .psd file.  Each word is its own layer.
  • Sized big at 15×30 and 300 dpi, but you can easily resize it for printing purposes.  Leave the dpi at 300 though for best results.
