I have enjoyed 2 sessions with this sweet family out and about in Austin. I was really excited when they booked a session this past summer for an in home session. To get to see where they live and love and dress up and play and cry and laugh and juggle and survive and dance. All those things, are wrapped up at home. These days are so fleeting.
These two remind me of two of my own. It’s a special treat for me to get to photograph sibs with similar age gaps to my own kiddos. It feels familiar and happy and I just love the connection between these two. I’m pretty sure she was in his bubble and thought it was funny. I’d vote funny AND cute.
I’ve wanted to take my kids out to the Christmas tree farm and do a session with them for the last 5 years. But the fall is my busiest time of year with work and my own family photos are usually a mere afterthought come the beginning of December. The fall is just so busy for us. After a run of bad weather, cold for Texas temps, rain and lots of reschedules, we lucked upon a GLORIOUS fall day for this session tonight. I was so relieved since several of those being photographed are from out of town. It had to be today! 71 degrees, yeah, we got lucky! This family couldn’t have been more fun to be around and that little beauty up there has personality at every turn, love it!
This little guy is busy. But not too busy to rock that super cute man sweater!
This sweet, snuggly, chubby bub is so loved. He looks so very much like this older brother. Plus a few pounds, the chub rolls were to die for!
