Jonah was so excited when he saw the fog this morning. He declared we could ride down the hill. It took me a minute to figure out that he had fog and snow confused. No sledding today. Total bummer Jonah Bear.

Day 307 | 365 Project
This big kid had his annual well check this morning. He’s super healthy, this was his only doctor visit in the last year and he only had one minor illness. His doctor told us last year that he’d put him on his “unvaccinated, super healthy, great diet list” and planned to see him once per year. Sure enough, that’s exactly what happened! Because he hadn’t been in a doctor’s office in a year, he had 8,643 questions. I swear, his little lips must have been tired by the time we got home at lunch. My ears sure were. My little fireman! We stopped by the Leander Fire Department to take a photo in front of a fire truck and they gave him a full tour and let him sit in the truck. He was thrilled!!
No rest for the traveling campers. We got home and first on the to do list was carving pumpkins. Jase does such a great job every year. I’m not sure he can top this year though and I’m thinking he should tell the kids to carve their own next year.
We are celebrating our last day of camping with muddy feet, fox jams and cheesing smiles.
