…my laundry is cuter than yours ๐
Dare I say it??? Here goes…..the house is almost done! WAHOO! The days of having a construction crew in my house are DONE. We have one guy here today finishing up a few small things and that’s it! After having so many people in our home for over the last month, all while suffering morning sickness and chasing two other kids, this is a HUGE relief for me. I get my house back. Whew.
Granted, the place is trashed, so dusty and grimy from all the work. We have a very long list, about 2 full pages, of things to be done this week before the house goes on the market. Everything from clearing off counters to hanging curtains, you name it. It’s hard to have so many things I want to do, but just feel too awful to do. I’m under strict orders from my OB to take it easy. I hope we can get it all done though before our appointment with the realtor this week. It’s really coming along, I can’t wait to see how it all looks pulled together, pretty and ready to show. We’ve worked so hard, it’s been a long road over the last two years. Honestly, I never dreamed recovering from Hurricane Katrina would take this long. I’m ready to move on to the next stage.
Okay I have read several times you are puttig your house on market, because it went through Katrina, because you are upgrading or moving? Now if it is moving closer to MS, great, further away not so great! I love your work and would hate to see you move. Just like knowing someone with your talent is close by… ~Heather
I am so happy for you and your family! It must be exciting to see the house getting completed.
In the last few pictures you have posted of Taryn she is becoming such a little lady! Time sure goes by fast doesn’t it?!
Yay for the house almost being done! It’s been a long time coming for you:)
Love Taryn in the basket…our little guy loves to sit in them as well!
