I got up and out of the house fairly early this morning to run a few errands, then went in to Austin to have lunch with a client. On the way home I called to check in on Jase and the kids. Ty answered the phone and sounded down in the dumps. Ty took off after school to go play with one of his buddies in our neighborhood. I asked him to be home at 5 o’clock, as usual, and made sure he had his watch. Of course he wanted to bargain on the time so he could stay a little longer…..we compromised that he could leave there at 5 and be home a little after. 5:20 pm rolls around….no Ty.
