So last night, Ty was at church and Teagan and Jase had to run a few errands, it was just Taryn and I at home. She runs up and says “Mommy, you wonna take my picture?” I was shocked and stunned and then I realized she might change her mind quickly so I jumped up and ran for my camera. Turns out she wanted to show me her new trick she’s been practicing….mostly at the dinner table in an effort to make Teagan laugh (it works).

3 guesses who is going to be making a return on the blog tomorrow? yup, in all her little spirited, fabulousness. sporting her new cast AND a new trick! she’s so proud of it, she ASKED me to take her picture. that NEVER EVER EVER EVER happens. i jumped up and down and clapped when she asked me. then she asked me again just to get the reaction again. i obliged. but you’ll just have to wait……and see.

I’m still here. Just not sure where to start or what to say. Not very many good things have been going on, so I’ve found myself a bit speechless around here. I don’t think my blog has been this quiet in a loooooong time. Especially with so much going on at home. But to say the events of the last few weeks have kicked my butt would not quite cut it. I think it caught up with me……I managed to have a nice little pinched nerve in my back. My bodies way of saying slow down, enough already. Thank God my mom was here to help me. And Jase.
