Then all of a sudden I hear…..”Mommy, I bet God is old, you know, reaaaallllly oooooooooold.” So I asked her how old she thinks God is and she said “thirty“. Awesome. I’m older than God. 1. I have come to the realization that I’m never going to catch up. If it didn’t happen in January, it’s probably not going to. I have sessions that are 2 months old that I haven’t blogged yet, not to mention a few births and a stack of personal photos. I haven’t been taking very many photos at home though this month….thankfully the iphone is never far away….

1. Hitting Tuesday just under the wire, it is 11:30 pm here.

2. I had oral surgery yesterday, again, and I hurt. Seems like the second day is always worse than the first.

3. I’m taking the kids to the mall tomorrow. Wish me luck. I’m on the hunt for an outfit for Teagan for his birthday pics. And for once I’m not taking them! Who-Rah! I am opting out of my usual top 10 this year. Instead I chose a favorite image of each of the kids. I realize how they have grown and changed. For Ty, it was the year he grew (and ATE!), the year he became a better friend, read about 700 pages per week, entered middle school, got his first girlfriend and a cell phone. He learned about bullies, about the importance of choosing good friends, about being a better friend. He is thoughtful, and kind. He loves a good, long hug and time away just for him with either of us. He’s loud and rowdy and so much fun. 2010 will bring him to an official teenager. The phone will […]
