2008 was the year we moved our business from Louisiana to Austin, and to be quite honest, I was a nervous wreck about it. While I only worked here for a few months due to maternity leave, I had some of the most amazing clients! I’m not sure if I will be able to articulate my feelings in to this post, but I will try. Photographing births is such an amazing experience, I get to document a life changing right before my eyes, a first breath, the first moments of a new family, with pain, joy, and so many other emotions mixed inbetween. My last official session of 2008 is finished and what a way to top off the year. A huge thank you to this little guys family for being so, so patient in waiting for me to work through my computer / hard drive issues to be able to properly proof their sneak peek! Just 5 days new here and so dreamy….
