I had the joy of photographing this little nine month old beauty this afternoon….
Such a happy girl, we caught a lot of fun stuff!
And now I’m off to get ready for a day full of sessions tomorrow! Including this little one, a newbie and these crazy party people. It’s gonna be a fun day!

Daisy gave her mommy and daddy a run for their money yesterday….she has quite the birth story. She’s here, healthy and I know her parents are just totally in love with her. Congrats Emily & Ethan!
I simply can’t believe Miss Ava is one already….where has the time gone? If you look up at the scrolling header on my blog you’ll see her all squished up as a newborn. ((Note to self: update blog header, it’s been awhile!)). Anyway, she’s no longer a squishy little newborn, she’s a bright, happy, beautiful, walking!!!, one year old.
Her newborn session was such a breeze, I thought for sure she’d give me a run for my money today. But nope, total rock star! As soon as they plopped her down she spotted my camera and threw me a bunch of big old smiles. I wanted to bring her home with me!!

The beautiful Miss Joan had her official newborn session this afternoon. I’m still working on her birth photos but wanted to pop in and share a few we caught this morning. At 11 days, she’s just a dream. Her mommy told me she’s a snuggle bug and boy is she right!

Love this family. Love them. I love documenting a birth for a family, because it ties me to them. I cannot believe how much the kids have grown, how big and beautiful Lucy is. Her birth seems like it just happened yesterday. So many wonderful things, both professionally and personally have come my way because of these beautiful people….they are all kind and warm and just so genuine. I love that. And I refused to pick favorites for their blog post….so get ready….this will be a long one! First shot of the day…..

I had great intentions of doing 10 on Tuesday today but since it is now 11:34 pm and I’m knee deep in uploading orders, preparing client images and burning disks, I’m not sure it’s gonna happen. Ah well. I’m bloggin’, that’s what counts right?
