I am finishing up the order for these two cute little guys and wanted to come back and share more than just their sneak peek. this is the one i was really afraid i wouldn’t make it in time. i’m always a bit nervous when i’m on call for a birth that i won’t make it. i try to be ready to go on a moments notice. but this one, i was really nervous. noelle walked around for weeks at 4+ cm dialated. i jumped every time my phone rang. i’m so thankful that it worked out i got to be there. a-maz-ing birth experience. i cried when she was born. and when i was proofing. and when i finished the slideshow. yeah, i’m a sap, but it really was just that amazing. this birth experience was fast. and intense. and filled with emotion. and […]

I’m really behind in blogging sessions so while the kids are all asleep and it’s nice and quiet, I thought I’d catch up a little bit between emails and catching up on proofing! You can see this little cuties sneak peek here (and here). Since his momma is a photographer I’m sure he’ll have tons and tons of pics but thanks Libby for letting me capture the first few days! Overjoyed does not even begin to describe it. This family has been through a lot, they’ve traveled a long road to get these two precious little guys here. They greeted me at the door with big smiles, they are enjoying every finger, every toe, every little wrinkle, every little expression. They are soaking up every moment and are so genuinely amazed by the miracle of it all.

I can’t blame them a bit, they are perfect afterall….

I managed to sneak in a nice long nap before dinner. Yeah buddy. That never happens. Thanks Jase for letting me sleep, I needed it. Yet here I am at 12:39 am all wired. Getting lots done though, finished proofing a session, uploaded a gallery, and a slideshow, placed two orders, burned a disk, packaged an order, answered a bunch of emails….whew, I wish I could nap every day.

I just dove in to proofing precious little Will. Love this one….

Remember awhile back when I got together with a great group of Austin women to do a group trash the dress session? Well, one of my photog buddies, Libby, was supposed to be there that day. Except, the morning of, Libby didn’t feel well. Libby had the flu. Well…..Libby thought she had the flu. But what Libby really had….er, uhm, has…..is a Will….

haha! Isn’t he just the most fabulous, squishy little thing ever?!?! Congrats you guys! We got some great shots today, can’t wait to show you the rest! Oh, and for what it is worth, I totally thought Ty was the flu too!
