Can you believe it?!?! I’m still a little shocked by this, but also very, very excited! The Austin Chronicle named me as the Best Kids Photographer for 2008!!!! alright, so i just finished up proofing the last of the mini sessions and i had these in the same folder so I pulled them really quick.  so fun!  the first round of mini’s, I had a friend help me out both days, but when i had a few makeups due to busted lips, etc., i had ty go with me for those.  he’s great at carrying stuff and making kids laugh most of the time (not on this particular day, but he did carry my stuff, so i can’t complain).  plus, he was happy to get out of the house for a few hours, i think he gets bummed when i get to go off and do shoots all […]

1. wow, it seems like i haven’t been sharing very much personal stuff here lately. been busy. working a lot. every spare moment i’ve been at my computer proofing. fun, but busy. lots going on at home too, so i’m not sure where to start really.

2. teagan is up on all fours, crawling, exploring every nook and cranny of the house. laughing hysterically at the mere site of his sister. playing with the door stops constantly, boooooooing.  cracks me up.

3. i miss my mom like crazy. our october visit got canceled, so it will be a full six month span between our last visit and our next visit. so hard.  […]
