My mom has been giving me a pretty hard time, all in good fun of course, both in person and here on the blog (see comments). Now, Ty, knows nothing about this. He would be mortified if he discovered I was posting for the world to read about the adventures of Mr. Huffy Pants. Keep his oblivion in mind as you read on…. until you see his dimples! Just one for now from my session today. Remember Aidan? This is Aidan’s little buddy, Ethan. Their mom’s have been friends since practically birth! Little Ethan is quite the little charmer, he had lots of smiles, funny bubbles and drool and even fell asleep for a little while, a photographer’s dream. To Ethan’s mommy and daddy, thank you for the priviledge of photographing your adorable son. I wish you all health and happiness for many years to come!

I’m not normally a sepia kind of girl, but I think I’m in love with how creamy these are. Totally unexpected conversion. And how cute is she? I think in about half of the captures I caught that day little Julianne had her tongue sticking out. Thankfully every time her big sister said “Julianne – you wonna talk about rainboooooows?” we got this. Funny baby belly laughs. Too cute!

They are here. And in my opinion, it’s much, much, much too soon. The attitude, the huffiness, the impatience for anything parent related, the drama, shutting himself in his room over every little thing, the problems in school, the realization that while girls are still gross, there is still just something about them that makes you crazy. Pre-teen hormones. I’ve dreaded this day. It’s been building slowly over the last few months. I notice he huffs a lot more. He gets really frustrated when something doesn’t go his way.
