Follow along as we spend Christmas in Corpus Christi, Texas with family. It was so much fun to spend the holiday in Jason’s childhood home. My mother-in-law rented a large passenger van so we could all ride in one vehicle together to go to Candy Cane Lane and see Christmas lights. Zachary loved them so much! Sometimes, as a photographer, I get so wrapped up in good light and capturing moments, that I forget to capture what things FEEL like. This Thanksgiving I put the camera down and tried to capture the feeling of the holiday and all the little details armed only with my phone. And we are so super thankful to have spent the holiday with Jason’s parents and grandma in Corpus Christi in the home he grew up in. These people and these moments are so precious to us.
