1.  I swear I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth.  I’m here.  Working away.  Feeding my family healthy (and time consuming) food, finding a new level of health not only for my children, but also, finally, for myself (also very time consuming) and appreciating all the support and love my family has thrown my way.

2.  On Mother’s Day.  I woke up to Teagan standing at our bedroom door yelling “How I got all wet?!  Why I all wet?!”  It was a little accusing.  His diaper leaked and the poor kid was wet up to his chin.  I think he was a bit paranoid since every now and then we’ll sneak in to the bathroom while Ty is showering […]

There is a reason for all this weirdness.  I know you’re thinking “WHAT?!”  Most days we are so crazy busy around here with food prep and running more than one business and kids and the dogs and supplements out the whazoo,  it is just easier to let Taryn dress herself.  And it is ALWAYS interesting.  I’ll be totally honest and say it doesn’t bother me nearly as much as it would if *I* were the one to bring her to school each day.  But Jase does drop off and most days he just shakes his head and smiles as they head out the door.  But each day in carpool the lady […]

I’ve been glued to my computer just about day and night in an effort to proof my marathon of 8 sessions in seven days a week or so ago.  Sunday afternoon, while sitting at my desk, I heard Taryn stomp in my office grumbling something about “Super Duders are too loud….”.  A few minutes later I turned around in my chair and saw this.  I ran and got my camera.  Not sure what the rush was, she stayed like that for several hours until she smelled dinner.  My girl loves her some good sleep.
