I get a lot of questions about how we eat so I thought a pretty detailed post would be fun. I will say all those carbs had me running for salad and extra fermented food for several days. We bought several large frames at an auction 3ish years ago and they have just been sitting in a closet every since. I spotted this idea on Pinterest and knew it was perfect for our unloved, massively large frames. No exaggeration! Each image is 20×20 and the entire frame spans almost floor to ceiling. Yes, when I tell my clients it is better to *go big* I can put my money where my mouth is 😉
