development trifecta
Trifecta of development in a short 30 seconds tonight! We had just finished weighing and measuring Jonah for his 9 month stats and I was plugging them in to an app on my phone. Ty and I were sitting there talking and Jonah got on all 4’s. I quickly called Jase and he came running. Right after he came in the room Jonah started crawling on all 4s. He’s been arming crawling (he’s so fast) for several months but has had zero motivation to use his knees. 1. Ty recently turned 16. 16 y’all. He’s so grown up now. Pictures forthcoming….as soon as I get around to taking them! I have to twist his arm and bribe him these days. The teenage years y’all…..I’m a big mix of proud and panic. His time here at home with us is going by way too fast. 3 years….I have 3 years left with him at home. I just want to say that’s not long enough, I need more time, why does it have to go so fast?! Hey universe, that’s not fair. This feels like yesterday.

The exact opposite of happy baby. He’s happy 99% of the time. And then there is the 1% lol! Poor baby, total drama ensued when I wouldn’t let him play with my camera strap. Of all the no good, rotten, horrible things for a momma to do!

Too fast. Way, way too fast little Mister.
He’s not yet crawling, but definitely mobile. He’s inch worming and rolling to get where he wants to be. He loves attacking catelogs on the living room floor. He’ll sneak up and grab your toes (Taryn is thrilled with this). He loves playing with various kitchen items like wooden spoons, rubber spatulas and whisks. He thinks Maggie is hilarious. He has a sudden hatred for the changing table. He randomly laughs out loud while nursing (I may get brave and share a video, it’s so freaking cute I can’t stand it).
