I love having a new baby boy on Christmas. I can’t help but think of Mary and how she must have nuzzled and smelled the top of baby Jesus’s head. How she must have reveled at his newness, his tiny fingers and toes. How he must have looked up at her from the breast and smiled, just like my baby boy does. I got ready to take a few photos of Jonah yesterday and before I could even get my camera set for exposure Taryn photo bombed us!  She absolutely adores Jonah and I doubt 10 minutes goes by in our house without her seeking him out for a quick kiss or snuggle.  She’s always right there to help take care of him, bring him a blanket, watch while I change his diaper, find him a toy.  She snuggles with him so much and tells him how much she loves him constantly.  I don’t feel like I’ve done a very good job capturing that in photographs, so I am so glad that I […]
