Rewind….

It is finally time to start playing catch up around here and I couldn’t be more excited to go digging through all the folders from a very busy fall season.  This is the first year in five that I haven’t been able to “share as I shoot” and it’s been hard to drop folders in to be blogged drive and move on, but there just weren’t enough hours in the day.  I have a ton of sessions to share and just pulled this one out of the stack from way back in September.  LOVE this session.  Jen is beyond stylish and knew she wanted to go Urban Chic for their shoot.  Urban Chic speaks to me big time and it […]

diy christmas craft

It has been a very simple Christmas at our house.  We’ve cut out a lot of the more toxic aspects (greenery, candles, lights, etc.) which leaves me to get creative when it comes to helping our house feel homey and warm for the holiday.  Instead of greens this year we are utilizing other options and textures.  I made this paper wreath out of coffee filters to replace our normal green one for inside the house.  It took forever, 500 coffee filters and a whole lot of hot glue, but I LOVE it.  After Christmas I’m going to add a pretty letter “T” and hang it over Taryn’s bed.  You can’t tell […]
