Joan turns 1

I usually get all nostalgic and a little sad when one of my baby planners graduates. I get so attached to them and get used to seeing them every couple of months. But not today. Nope, I’ve got this beautiful family on my 2011 calendar 3 times and I couldn’t be more thrilled about that! So today, just a little nostalgia over how fast this first year flew by, about how much she’s grown and changed and then just a bunch of smiles to celebrate being ONE!

Happy birthday sweet girl, it has been a joy to capture you along the way!

Some of you may recognize this little beauty….Lyla is “the highchair baby” as some have lovingly called her when recalling her newborn session 😉 I was thrilled when her grandma wanted to do a session to capture her in her Christening gown. And once I saw it, I totally understood why. She spent over 100 hours lovingly making this gorgeous gown. The fabric is from Sweden and the lace is from France and I can’t even wrap my mind around all the work and detail. It was a joy to capture their relationship, the beautiful Ms. Lyla and all the little details of the dress. So fun!

For Sale: White bed with trundle & storage

We are selling Taryn’s bed. Twin size with a pull out twin trundle and 3 very large storage drawers underneath. This bed was triple duty and we are sad to get rid of it but it just doesn’t fit with both kids in the same room now. Asking $150 (mattress not included).
