This family has been such a blessing to mine. I am so thankful for them. And Ms. Joan will seemingly grow overnight when I photograph her at a whole 3 months older than she is in these, I have a date with her this weekend for her 9 month photos. Can’t wait!

kindergarten. it’s happening. whether we are ready or not. she meets her teacher on thursday. school starts next monday. during orientation last week she made her daddy go with her for the kids tour while i stayed behind in the parents meeting with teagan. 5 minutes in, she told him she was ok on her own and took off with the rest of the kids. she’s looking forward to lunch time. and the playground. and computer lab. and the library. she’s relieved the group of kindergarten teachers knew what criss-cross-apple-sauce was. she’s worried about the noisy toilets. and fire drills. she’s mad we won’t let her ride the bus. and she […]

First, I would like to thank each of you for your thoughts, prayers and support over the last few weeks. I know I have been scarce and difficult to contact, I apologize. As some of you know, our youngest son Teagan, who is 2.5, is very, very ill. It has taken us several weeks and many specialists to figure out what exactly is going on with him and we have been exhausting every effort to get him the help he desperately needs. Life in Motion Photography is officially closed for the month of July. I will be taking a much needed vacation this month to spend some time with my family. We will be traveling some, and celebrating birthdays (Taryn’s, mine, my mom’s and Jacks!). I will be spending extra time with Taryn this month before she starts Kindergarten (sob!!), we will be focusing on Teagan’s health issues, and I will be able to spend some much needed time with Ty each afternoon (if he can fit me in to his busy schedule between friends, eating and playing football/camps).
