I honestly never thought there would be a day that this blog wouldn’t be the only blog I’d ever want and need. I’ve always poured my heart and our life and days into it along with my business. I’ve never regretted that, not once. I am who I am and I’ve been blessed immensely by blogging. I’ve met wonderful people, made lifelong friends, laughed, cried, documented, shared, and carved out my little space of the web for the sake of my children, my husband and myself. Why? So that we can remember.

Every now and I then I am contacted by a super thoughtful husband looking to purchase the gift of a session for his wife as a surprise. 10 on Tuesday on: a secret, parenting advice from a toddler & getting busted
1. Tuesday is now officially the busiest day of the week at our house. I think I’ll start calling it “this day is going to kick my butt Tuesday” for short. Up early, big kids off to school, music class with the duder, trip to People Rx, home for lunch, quick nap for Teagan (I almost always have to wake him up, bummer), leave for carpool to pick up Taryn, back home to fix a quick early dinner and then back out to go watch Ty play football. My second unexpected, super short notice session for this weekend took place this morning in my absolute favorite location! This beautiful family is from Waco and when I found out where they live I happily offered to meet them in the middle in Salado because I adore shooting there. My schedule went wonky this week. Not just a little wonky, a lot wonky. But sometimes wonky works out great. Both of my clients for today and Sunday were moved to different days at their request so that left me with two openings this weekend. I threw them up on the blog/facebook and they went quick (yay!).
